Mark was a wonderful host, and his property was amazing! The space was great for our family of 4 to spread out, and the beach access can't be matched. You are literally steps away. Our kids loved bouncing between the beach and pool all day. We can't wait to come back and rent this perfect condo again!

The great view from the living room and balcony was just like the picture... perfect.  Great for sunrise and just listening to the ocean at night.  This was out second visit to New Smyrna Beach and by far the best.  Beach access and the two pools right there made for great days.  The place has everything you need.... I highly recommend!
