We stayed here for 3 nights while in New Smyrna for a baseball tournament. It was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. We had ample space for a family of 5 and the bunkbeds also have a pull out trundle bed. The location is wonderful as well, across the street from the beach and a short drive to restaurants. The host was communicative and helpful. The only thing I’d recommend, is making sure the gate code given is up-to-date. We couldn’t get in the day we arrived because the gate code had changed, but someone helped us in and provided the new code for the remainder of the stay.
10/10 recommend.
