The space
This spacious two-story, 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers plenty of room for families and groups of up to six.
**First Floor:** The main level features a spacious living area, open kitchen, full bathroom, and convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to your private ground-floor patio enclosed by a privacy fence.
**Primary Bedroom:** Located upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private full bathroom with updated modern tile, and sliding glass doors leading to the second-floor balcony.
**Guest Bedroom:** Also upstairs, the guest bedroom sleeps up to four with a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the second-floor balcony.
**Second Floor:** A separate full bathroom off the hallway serves the guest bedroom and provides added convenience for larger groups.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire two-story condo, including both bedrooms, three full bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit washer and dryer, second-floor balcony, and private fenced ground-floor patio. Any locked owner closets or storage areas are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
Smoking is not permitted inside the condo but is allowed outdoors on the second-floor balcony or ground-floor fenced patio. Please note that this is a two-story property with stairs required to access both bedrooms. The condo is beachside but not beachfront; the beach is a short drive, bike or golf cart ride away.
