As advertised, pool and beach access was easy with a great location <br/>The instructions from the host were very clear and easy to understand and overall the condo was really nice and clean

The great view from the living room and balcony was just like the picture... perfect.  Great for sunrise and just listening to the ocean at night.  This was out second visit to New Smyrna Beach and by far the best.  Beach access and the two pools right there made for great days.  The place has everything you need.... I highly recommend!
