Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo, including the fully equipped kitchen, large oceanfront balcony, separate family lounge with sleeper sofa and in-unit laundry room. Beach gear is provided for guest use, including beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler and beach towels.
Guests also have access to the year-round heated oceanfront pool, fitness center, recreation room and direct beach access. Convenient elevators provide access to the 4th floor.
Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles. One vehicle may park in the indoor garage, and the second vehicle may park in the outdoor parking lot.
