Payments

The payment terms are 50% at time of booking and balance due 21 days before check-in date. A $200 security deposit is charged at time of booking and eligible to be refunded 3 days after check-out based on inspection of property.

Cancellation Policy

Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, free cancellation and 100% of funds returned within 48 hours of booking. You will be refunded 50% of funds paid minus service fee if canceled within 7 days of check-in date. Six days or less from check-in date no refund will be given.

Security Deposit

A $200 security deposit is charged at time of booking and is eligible for a refund on the third day after check-out date subject to inspection of property.

Cleaning Fees

A $100 cleaning fee is charged upon booking.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed in most properties. For Pet Friendly properties, every pet must be disclosed to us before you arrive. If we are not notified about your pet prior to your arrival, You will be asked to leave with no refund. Pet friendly properties require a pet fee of $100 plus tax, per pet This fee is non-refundable. We must approve the weight and breed of your pet as some properties have weight restrictions.

Check-in Instructions

Most properties are SELF CHECK-IN and a lock code will be provided before check-in date with instructions.

Check-out Instructions

Check-out instructions are provided through email before the check-out date.

We do not share personal data (phone numbers) and consent with third parties/affiliates or partners.
