Had a little hiccup checking in - the elevator closest to the condo was down. We reached out to Mark and he responded very quickly to let us know there were other elevators we could use. Loved the condo - location was perfect, views were beautiful. . . Exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Very nice place to stay! I will be back in a week and am staying in another one of Mark’s places - looking forward to it!! Definitely will stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful Oceanfront Stay with Amazing Views The views are absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the ocean every morning was definitely the highlight of our stay. 🌊☀️ The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well stocked, especially the kitchen. It had everything we needed and made the stay feel very convenient and homey. The property itself was wonderful, with two large, clean pools, a great BBQ area, and well-maintained grounds. The self-check-in was incredibly easy, and the instructions were excellent. The video provided made everything very clear and completely stress-free. Mark was also fantastic to communicate with and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Not for the Elder with mobility equipment, bathroom doors too narrow. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful oceanfront location, We would definitely recommend staying here.!❤️🏖️

Mark was very responsive with any questions we had about parking passes and check in codes! The condo was absolutely beautiful and even better than pictured! We had children 3-17 with us and there was something for everyone! There are added beach supplies which was a nice touch and everything was clean and in working order! Overall we had a wonderful stay and will certainly be back!

The place was exactly as described. Conveniently located to the beach. Great balcony that looked out over the ocean. Comfortable and clean. I would absolutely book again.

We had a great stay in New Smyrna Beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to the beach just a short walk down to the steps. We really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub, and it was awesome that the condo had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys available to use. It made heading down to the beach really easy without having to bring or buy a bunch of extra stuff. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach!
