Overall a great stay! The garage door was broken and has been for quite awhile before we arrived! Knowing our car was exposed when picked the place for SECURE PARKING would have been nice to have been informed at we could have looked into another safer location! Only one elevator worked which was a hassle! The pest control woke us up rudely one morning which I felt was unacceptable. A better description or an update of unavailable amenities would have been nice prior to arrival! The building manager was also quite rude when we inquired as to why the pass was not in our box! Tried to say we must have missed it and insisted it had been left! Then proceeded to say we never registered then she miraculously found the info and just OH WELL you have one now so ooops! But we enjoyed our time regardless as people no longer affect our day! God leads my every move! God bless! The Schutte’s

The key system was very aggravating, the garage door doesn’t work, the cleaners weren’t done by 4 and were parked in the only spot you have to park, gold fish were still on the floor from a previous stay, master bedroom sliding door wouldn’t lock so I went to dollar general and bought shower rods to block the door from being opened by the kids, the front door has to be pulled hard to latch if you aren’t paying attention when leaving and coming in, it can be pushed and pulled open without turning the doorknob. One elevator is down and the one that works sounds like it’s about to fall apart. The whole building has temporary joist up all over the garage and on the balconies… for what I don’t know, looks like they been there for awhile with no real fix.

Marks place is the perfect ‘home away from home’ stay. It was very easy to find, clear instructions on check in(though I didn’t read them until after I called him LoL), perfect beach location, quiet condo, the beds are 10 out of 10 and the place was just as the pictures showed. Can’t wait to book again!
